Root canals

In root canal treatment, tissue with inflammation or necrosis, which will sometimes be contaminated, is removed from the root canals. Root canal treatment is designed to prevent inflammation of the bone that supports the tooth. Therefore, when root canal treatment is needed, the aim will be to perform it as soon as possible and avoid discomfort to the patient.

Root canal treatment is usually performed under local anesthesia, so the treatment itself is not accompanied by pain, and the process of recovery and rehabilitation does not have to be harsh or dramatic.
